I've poked around the upper slough along Camp River Road in the early spring when the Fraser is low and, as I recall, the slough had a good flow to it. Yet back looking at Google Earth it appears that the entrance to the slough downstream of the Agassiz/Rosedale bridge is high and dry. It looks like the slough would only receive water from the Fraser during freshet.
Curious where the flow in the slough comes from?

Interesting, Chris. Thanks for that.
