a little brainstorming about catch and release

I've been thinking about catch and release, and i thought about something like this:
why not reward the fish that we release with a little food so it will be more eager to take a lure afterwards?
it is known that some times, if the fish is not too stressed, it will return the same place and be willing to bite again
can we give to a trout a little corn or something?
what can we give to a steelhead? :)
sounds very funny but who knows... (can tell us more)

We can call it "Catch, Feed & Release" or CF&R.....   

I'm looking forward to a new thread discussing the merits of C&R versus CF&R versus B&E (bonk & eat)   ;D

I prefer to reward the fish with an introduction to the back end of my leatherman. It's a bit contrived to think that we're going to reward the fish for biting, we are after all hooking them in the face with sharp steel things, dragging them onto land, and killing them. It's not exactly a tea and biscuit affair.

some fish are that hungry that after you release them they go back the same spot and bite again;
maybe not the stress is low but hunger is great...

How about this......A guy like 6'-6" and 280 lbs chases you through a dark alley, threatning to kick your butt .you run for a few blocks up a bunch of stairs and he catches you, hold you down for a while. he holds you up  snaps a few photos ,pats you on the head. (now your heart is pumping like a mofo and your shaking like a leaf)

what would you do if he tried to shove a cheese burger in your mouth ? (mind you this would not work if you were Marco, he would still eat the cheese burger)

Who wouldnt want a cheese burger right after a nice run!!

I think the issue is more in trying to get fish to eat while its out of the water...
