Great vid! That fist pound at the end lol.

I love to eat and fish halibut. It's crazy how much meat the fish yields and the cheeks are amazing. I once hooked a 300= lbs halibut and it took just about an hour to get in the boat with my old man. Once in the boat we had to use a crane to lift it.

Kinda like bar fishing but on a boat.
Water conditions looked perfect.
Nice boat & guide, two smiling ladies,& nice fish. Younger sis gets the bigger one.
& she seemed to have an easier time reeling it in ?

Calls for an investigation & study. ( could of been more current at that time or bigger fish just decided to swim up on purpose )
Seriously, you all had a safe & fun time out there & some future good eating.
