Britannia Beach Springs June 29th

today my dads friend went to Brit beach to try out for the springs..He was very lucky, and he caught one spring. I have no idea what spot it was or any info on what he was using. He noticed them when there were ripples on the water from the fish that the srings were fedding on. A few jumped out, and he was certain that they were there.... :)

was he in a boat or casting from shore?

You should read the saltwater fishing regs as this area is closed to all finfish from May 30 thru September 30. These regs are on page 24 of the 2003 - 2005 BC Tidal Waters Sportfishing Guide. Brittania Beach is in area 28 so the info is near the bottom of the page. See the map on page 29 for more details.
