Scottish salmon fishing rules!
« on: February 28, 2007, 10:19:33 PM »

This should intrest many of you, as im moving to good old england this summer if been doing some research on Scottish salmon fisheries. I ran by these rules and all i have to say is WOW! it is gona take some getting use to after the laid back and Farly no fuss fishery in BC. Gona have to learn how to fly fish too. Cant wait should be a very educational fishery, anyways enough of all this talk check out the rules for yourselfs.

Interetsing rule of not being allowed to keep a fish hooked behind the "gill line."

And one of the more humourous ones being not allowed to salmon fish on a sunday  ;D :D

Can also see the implications of the "no sniggering" rule, the definition could be applied here too.
