Our company is hosting another Operation Smile Charity Event and we wanted to welcome all of you to join!
Operation Smile is an international children's medical charity that heals children's smiles, forever changing their lives.
As an international charity for children, we measure ourselves by the joy we see on all of the faces we help. At Operation Smile, we're more than a charity. More than an NGO. We're a mobilized force of medical professionals and caring hearts who provide safe, effective reconstructive surgery and related medical care for children born with facial deformities such as cleft lip and cleft palate.
The Softball tournament and BBQ will be held on Saturday June 22nd at Douglas Park at 801 West 22nd Ave,Vancouver. Registration begins at 10AM. Game time is 11AM.We have reserved with Vancouver City parks the 2 softball fields side by side and is insured also.
Please email me if you plan on attending and let us know if you plan on coming with a team,just yourself or you and a few other so we can plan for the even better.

The rules are are stated below:
1)This is a tournament for all ages and skill levels from never swung a bat before, to could have made it to the majors but had better things to do like become a pro fisherman.
2)Teams of 9 (at least one member on the team must be of the opposite sex)
3)If your group doesn't not have 9 players or if you are coming alone thats OK.We will find a team for you to play on!
4)Bring your own glove or arrange to share with someone else. You can play without a glove but not recommended! Gloves are sold everywhere.-If you have extra bats,gloves and softballs please do bring them with you.
5)Entry fee is $90/team or $10 per player. Must have cash on site. Fee must be paid by 10AM game day.
6)Come in uniform or costume-Optional!
7)Have Fun and help kids!
8)Bring your cash. No debit/credit accepted.
We will have a BBQ and drinks on site for small donations.
100% of the proceeds will go to Operation Smile.
Our goal is to have a minimum of 10 teams registered to play!
