I bet deep fried Pike would be good too.
Just had Walleye for the first time and it was delicious.

Yep; deep fried Pike is awesome, but lots of bones so they need to be big-ish pike to fillet. Also really awesome is any sunfish or crappie and perch is great. Grew up in southern Ontario so have a lot of experience with all of the above! Bass too; but they aren't great on the plate IMO.
