My 7 year old son started casting and reeling in his own fish at 4 with a spinning set up and last fall he got his first on a level wind set up. And yes he did cast it and reeled in the fish all by himself.

Fold in three (two folds a third of the way in from top and bottom) in the 11" dimension, then fold twice across the 8" dimension (again a third in from each side) and it fits reasonably well.

You must have one thick wallet. Thats 9 thicknesses of paper just for your license.

Print it on tracing paper.  That should "thin" it a bit.
