About launching our boat at the boat ramp with banners or signs to show more support and attract attention, is there any plans for this exposure ?

You might want to launch somewhere else, unless you're launching a belly boat.

How about joining the crowd instead of being one small boat drifting out in the traffic lanes?

There's parking @ the Planetarium don't bother trying to find anything else.

NO, actually, I was thinking of launching my submarine.   There is no  boat restriction in the harbor  west of Burnard bridge.
