Title: abu garcia upgrade kits?

I just bought a couple 2006 model Abu Garcia C4 6601's.  I have seen a few prior posts that mention upgrade kits for certain Abu Garcia models.  Can anyone tell me what this kit is all about and if it will do me any good?  Thanks for any help.
