Title: Red , White or marble?

So was a the vedder today and I caught a nice jack spring and im not to sure what it is? Here are some  pictures

sorry for large photos. the flesh is pink not red. its also not white. the fish definitely smells like a white but not too bad. the fish was a little coloured and I would have normally let it go but I wanted to try smoking a spring for the first time. Any thoughts?

yup marble, or a whitey that been eating lots of stuff that coloured its flesh pinkish...
