Post by: clujalolo on October 22, 2014, 01:10:29 PM: i dont see any ads but i use Chrome web browser and have the AdBlock app that gets rid of any adds/banners. but when i didnt have it, ads were very few and usually the same old banner ones if i remember correctly. Could be a computer thing, once you get adware on your computer EVERY website if full of ads.

+1..... running chrome and adblock and no adds !

Post by: salmonrook on October 23, 2014, 10:11:37 PM: Explanation ,I have some adds on mine on the forum main page and one of them is for some lingerie company and it shows 2 girls wearing skin coloured push up bras.Anyway any time I open the forum page I see this and it diverts my attention for a second when I determine that yes they have clothes on.I am sure that it is some cookie that has tracked my spending habits online but not sure where they think I was lingerie shopping??
Anyway that's the gist of my comment, I guess no 2 people get the same ads.
I am using Mozilla Firefox , the ads , of course they pay for the site.
Appreciate all the info and advice and discussion, a great online community.
