Title: GPS route to stocked lakes
Post by: Rodney on April 06, 2013, 02:48:31 PM
Go Fish BC has started creating GPS routes to stocked lakes in British Columbia. By the end of 2013, direction to a large proportion of all stocked lakes will be available at:

Wow, so how long till individual fish are PIT tagged so anglers can tell from their smart phones exactly where they are when released?  I'm not really bitching here, just an older guy wondering where this might end ???

I can just picture all these yuppie cars stuck all through the bush in the more remote areas.

I wish they would have done all the lakes at once. One of the lakes is very small and vulnerable on that list. They need to have warnings for many of the lakes about rough access. I do not want to have to haul out Yuppie cars that should never attempt some of these roads.
