Title: Chehalis ???
Post by: oddjob on October 25, 2004, 12:37:31 PM
Just came back from the local tackle store, there was a customer talking about the chehalis. They were in the canyon and got their limits of cohos weighing up to 17 lbs. Has anybody been up there or is he just telling stories ? ??? ??? ??? ???

Have only been out once this year for coho :'(  Chehalis is my favorite river, and yes, they do come big.  However, most are 5-8 lbs.  A great river if you like to explore as well as fish.  Lots of interesting hikes in the canyon.  Take a 100ft. rope with you as a safety feature into some of the run's. ;)
