Title: Where to drown a worm?
Post by: keithr on June 12, 2005, 07:40:21 PM
I just dug a bunch of worms out of the compost pile, and I expect to be in Vancouver tomorrow afternoon.  Where would be the best place locally to put a hook in the water during the next few days?  (I also have an assortment of other things designed to catch fish.)

if it is trout you are after I would suggest Rice lake, it gets alot of fish but into it compared to some of the other lakes, and due to the heavy cover around the lake it can be productive even in the middle of a hot day. If it is ocean fish you are after Ambleside peir in west van is good for a number of different species using worms.
