September - Coarse fish on piers
October - Coarse fish on piers
November - Coarse fish on piers
December - Coarse fish on piers

Seriously though, see below:
September - Chinook and jack chinook in the Fraser. Early chinook and coho in the Vedder. Coarse fish in the Fraser. Carp in sloughs. Trout in rivers and lakes.
October - Coho, chum and some chinook in the Fraser. Chinook, coho and some chum in the Vedder. Coho and chum in the Stave, Squamish, Harrison. Coho in the Capilano. Stocked trout in lakes.
November - Coho and chum in north Fraser tributaries. Coho and chum in the Squamish. Chum and some coho in the Vedder. Chum and some coho in the Fraser. Cutthroat and bull trout.
December - The odd late coho. Steelhead. Cutthroat trout, bull trout.
