Sayres and Devil's outing February 20th

Sayres appeared to be in turnover, so bailed and went to Devil's. Weather and solitude was the highlight... no fish. Tried several standard leech and nymph patterns slow and deep. Not a single rise that I could see, despite a very light hatch of some kind.
