locally, Kinder Morgan have plans to use Colony Farm regional park to store pipes and test them for leaks, all on wetlands.
quote
Kinder Morgan is planning to use some of the fields at Colony Farm Regional Park to lay down and assemble the pipeline they say will go under the Fraser River. They also plan to test the pipeline for leakage in the park. Is this what parks are intended for?? Absolutely not. Please attend the next Kinder Morgan Open House in Burnaby on April 3rd and tell Kinder Morgan to stay out of our parks!!
