There were about 10 firetrucks and ambulances under the highway bridge at the river about 10 minutes ago.  Anybody know whats up?

I was thinking as well, it would be a little strange for someone to be fishing in the rain and dark at 8pm on a Friday night.

I have seen fishermen come out of highway bridge in odd times. With relatively high number of rescues each year, I'm surprised why the city still allows people to fish there or at least not posting major warning signs all around the area.
