During cold weather it is a nice feature to be able to turn the heat up.
Not to mention the ability to cook your meat after you smoke it in there.
Heck the Pork Chops are worth buying one for alone. ;D
I agree with Firstlight.....get the Bradley and use it year round......don't just think smoking salmon.....chops, ribs, chicken, jerky, sausage.......it's a party on your patio.
