Title: Port Alberni - wanting to go out on a day trip
Post by: chironomidking on June 29, 2015, 09:49:04 AM
I have a day this week to waste so I figured why not try to get out for sockeye or springs.  Short notice does not allow me to connect with any charter groups and I don't want to pay for a trip for 1!

Anyone in the area going out or recommend someone able to take me out for the day that won't cost me the price of a full boat?  I left all my gear on the mainland so I will need a boat that is all setup with gear.

A very long shot I know, but if I don't ask.........

Thanks

Some guides  will take out an extra (as an informal group trip) call a few and get them to put you on a list for the day in question.
You're not the only one who has this dilemna and if the stars align....

I can relate with that.

I want to fish everyday, but all my friends and co-workers cannot.

I find it hard to connect with other like minded people.
