Title: fishing for salmon in the sechelt area?
Post by: Brothersage on August 10, 2012, 11:35:43 AM
I finally get a chance to take my boat out to sechelt but I'm new to salmon fishing in the ocean. If anyone knows of any helpful tips that would be much appreciated. I'm leaving on Monday morning til Thursday. Info on Davis bay, porpoise bay and halfmoon bay area would be great. Thanks all and tight lines.

That local summer folk have hit that area hard for years. Unless your willing to put in mucho time and effort, I would cruise quite a few miles from there to get into something. Watch out for closed areas.
