Title: Are Gorges Legal in BC?

I ask because Canadian Tire is selling Gorges and I thought they were unlawful to use here :-\.

I've never seen or heard of one before, but by the diagram, I would say that they are legal in most parts of the salt, but a no-go in fresh. Technically, it's two hooks (not tied in tandem), which is illegal in most places.

saw someone using it off a pier for crabs....shortly after he got tired and gave up haha

it's illegal to fish for crabs with hooks...that may have been a contributing factor in him leaving  :P
