anyone been to vedder recently? hows the fishing? I was looking around upper river last weekend and saw only one kid land a 18 pound red spring and a chrome sockeye. Doesn't seem to be lots of action. I'm thinking of going this weekend, so is it worth it or should i go to fraser?

As Fulcrum said, the chinooks will be turning into tomatoes. If you want peace and quiet the Vedder would probably be the better choice. If you want fish, try the Fraser but be prepared for big crowds. It's a trade way either way.
