Twomiserable inhabitants of hell were taking a
walk when a frigid breeze blew. A moment later, a
storm dumped several inches of snow, reducing
the blazing fires to sizzling steam. The men
looked around in amazement.
"What do you suppose is going on?" one asked.
"Only thing I can figure," the other said, "is
that the Leafs won the cup."

Just heard on the news that thieves have broken into the trophy room at Air Canada Center, police said that the theives have taken everything and to be on the lookout for two men carrying a blue carpet with a white Maple Leaf!

Yep, hockey season is round the corner. Sundin is going to be in Toronto for a charity golf tournament. Is he coming back or is he retiring ?

Sundin is retiring to persue his passion of golf which playing for the leafs has allowed him to do a lot of already ;D

He's had a lot of practice so he is thinking of taking up a new career in which he has a chance at winning the grand prize, the PGA  ;D

ahhhh....the sound of whining Cannots fans as they chew on the only team in the NHL worth talkin' about...nice to see you guys back...we'll have a whole season of chewin'...lookin' forward to it....oh...I heard Loungo's dogs' sisters' friend is pregnant and Lou may not play up to his usual form...the vet has been called...;))

Lou will turn things around with his game and the Canucks will make their way back to the top of their division... Canuck's have a great chance of going all the way this year... maybe you can save this post so I can say I told you so in a couple of months Smiley

Still Canada's #1 team that will be rolling, rolling, rolling right along   ;D ;D ;D this season.

I will be on the bench November 15 to make sure the boys are ready to steam roll over the team from Vancouver this year.

Actually, I heard he's taking up poker...supposedly at a tourney in Spain at the moment. Texas Hold'm just might be his game although someone as wishy washy as him wouldn't be allowed the time he needs whether to play a hand or not.

He never said he was paying to go to see the game!  My guess is that Dion lost a bet and HAS to go!  Why else would anybody in his right mind go to see the Laughs??
