what fish is good for steaming ?

can anyone give some recommendations ?


I also want to ask for some seafood shops around burnaby or east vancouver that have REAL fresh fishes ?

tilapia, black cod, tommy cod, 2lb or smaller bass, sole

this works but it sounds crazy. take a salmon, I like to use coho put it in foil and seal it up with some lemons and onions and some butter. Put it on the top self of your dish washer and put it on a full clean cycle. When the cycle is done so is the fish, steamed and ready to go.

Seabass tastes good but personally I think it's meat it's on the tougher side.

Rock cods are delicious steamed. Having said that, I had steamed tilapia for dinner tonight. Most excellent.
