How do you attach a picture on this blog? I am not really computer literate.
-
The way I do it, and I think it's the easiest way, is to set up an account with "Photobucket.com".
Upload your photo, and beside it will be a menu with sharing options. Click on the one that allows sharing in forums, it copies a link automatically once clicked, paste this into the text box of your forum post ... and that should be it.
Might be other, possibly easier ways, but I'm not aware of them.
-
If you have facebook, right click on a photo you've posted and click "copy image URL." Then come on here, and click the first little icon on the left above the message box (it looks like a picture under the "B"). Insert (or "copy") your picture between the two img things that pop up and your picture will post.

I went to photo bucket but did not find the forum link. Maybe you have to have a paying account for the link. Too complicated for me. Why not make it simple with an attachment like an email. It has an attachment and options on this site why doesn't it work Rod?
-
its because than he has to store all the photos on his server which cost $$. when you use another site like photo bucket it stores are their server which cost him nothing.
-
Thanks. Makes sense. Everything now these days comes down to the dollar. That is why the world is the way is today.

The facebook method is actual pretty easy, thanks, learned a new way. Though not everyone has facebook though.
For Photobucket, Islanddude, sorry been awhile since I've done it. Instructions I gave were a little off, try this:
- upload photo (drag and drop photo into box or follow their directions)
- then click the "recent or my recent uploads tab"
- click on the picture you just uploaded
- right beside it is the letters "IMG" with a url link in a box
- click on that link, it'll copy automatically
- paste that link in the FWR post.
-
Facebook sometimes changes the url link for photos, so in a few months you may find that link is no longer valid.
