with the mild weather, do you think jones would be ice free?

I was up there a couple of weeks ago for a look no ice but very low water, didn't do any fishing.

Can anyone comment on the road? havent been up there since October.

Have 4x4 truck, but would prefer to rock the trailer if the road isn't to bad from the recent logging. If shes rough we'll just throw the tinny in the box to speed up the drive time.

Thanks,

Pretty rough and muddy when I drove it a couple of weeks ago, the car topper is preferred IMO.

As Rod said rough and muddy with active logging right beside the road.

Thank you for road updates.

If we head up will toss the tinny in the box rather than trailer.

Will be trolling, casting, stripping flies so will post an update once i make it up there.

Road was a bit lumpy a month ago when I was up there for work on Feb 17th but we had no problems. No ice in sight but the lake was very low.
