Title: Looking for pink salmon canning recipe - Anyone?

I just got a pressure cooker and am looking for a recipe and a suggestion as to how long I have to cook the salmon for.

just add a little salt and cook at 15lbs for 100 mins. in canning jars. you can add any spices you like or herbs.

You can smoke can, lemon& basil, littie ketchup, apple juice, one piece of Thai pepper, one tea spoon of Vienamese fish sauce & lemon grass, go crazy. If any thing take the main bone out, they are very hard not like sockeye.

use your favorite brine then smoke for 1.5-2hours then can. 100mins 11-15lbs

Just use a bit of salt and a few peppercorns. I include bones and skin so I add a teaspoon of white vinegar which breaks down the bones.

When I eat the salmon I add the special herbs and spices so I can flavor it differently every time. Most times we just mix the canned salmon with a little mayonnaise and spread it on some toast.
