I found a Leatherman tool on the cap last week in about 2 feet of water.
It's a bit rusty but still functional.
The reason for the post is that it's clearly unique and has an inscription on it. My guess is that it was a gift or something.
If you lost one and can tell me what the inscription says I'd be happy to return it to you.
