Title: Hemostat Knot Techniques Video
Post by: Todd Oishi on February 08, 2011, 09:44:01 AM
I thought I'd share a short, knot tying demonstration/video that might be useful for some of you. The hemostat knots in my video are variations of two knots (triple surgeon and clinch knots) that are commonly used for fly fishing.

I was shown these knots while I was fly fishing on the River Dee in North Wales a few years ago and usually do a brief demonstration of them at my seminars. This knot-tying technique is a very simple and practical solution for times when your fingers are frozen and numb or for people who suffer from poor vision and finger dexterity or arthritis...

Hope this is of help for some of you...

Wished I had read that prior to my going to Chilliwack this morning.
