I'd agree with Sterling.  I have a Shimano Calcutta 200 B and it's a fine reel - works great on small rivers like the Vedder.  It's very smooth, casts nicely, and looks great.  I find that if I need a larger reel, I can go to my Abu Garcia 6500 C3 which was my first baitcaster.  You might be able to use your Corvalus as a backup reel or when you need line capacity.  You know - increase the versatility of your gear.

My drift rod is a Loomis GL2 medium/light (STR 1264C - 8 - 12 lb) which I primarily use to target coho.  It handles springs and chum on smaller systems quite well - as long as they're not foul hooked.  It's a good rod, but I do crave a Sage.

Good luck!   :)
