Title: Allcocks Easicast reel

I recently acquired an Allcocks Easicast reel which belonged to my great grandfather.
Does anyone know any info on these, like how the brake mechanism work or how it was spooled? Even better, someone who can fix the broken brake and give it a thorough tune up?
