How deep are Cermaq's pockets? Are they going to cover the ongoing expenses? How the heck did this happen?

The diesel spills from sunken boats in some of the native harbours don't make the news so much and they don't get stuck with the bill.  Seen this a few times.  Spills are bad there is not doubt and wether its a sinking boat or a sleepy person it should not happen.  This one is just typically news worthy but far from a representation of spills that happen on the coast.
