Title: fly fishing ocean salmon in sechelt this september, october, november
Post by: cohojoe on August 15, 2009, 05:06:58 PM
any hard core fly fishers want to join me in sechelt this fall ?   Starting september and maybe going on until november for coho,  chum,  springs that are staging in porpoise bay.    We would camp at the provincial camp site and fly fish the 3 km of shore line there.   Depth varies depending on tides from 6 feet to ?.    When I was there fishing in late June the water was clear emerald green with a visability of approx 8 feet down.    Plenty of crabs also.    Fly Fishing for salmon in ocean waters is my idea of a good time.   contact  jeffjoe@shaw.ca or  604 264 4488.     This is not a guided service or a commercial enterprise.    It is fly fishers going to camp out and go fish .
