That must be someones private creation. I have read reams of books covering flies back all the way back to the 1800's, and never seen or heard of that one. Send some pics and one of us should be able to help you.

The trick - apparently is to read the 'Net more (Good ole Google again...)
Olive Stimi Chew Toy (don't ask me - I just google 'em ::) )

I can't make it out. What's the underwing on that thing, cut foam?
-
That's what it looks like to me.

it's Sea-Run Fly and Tackle's Creation ;)
-
Looks like a modified Stimulator.

I'm guessing that's the "Stimi" in the name that I found.

It pays to work in a fly shop.

Whats dose it represent or is it an attractor

I`ve never heard that fly referred to as a Chew Toy , I know it as a California Blonde . It is a fancied up (silli-legs , foam wing) version of the Stimulator .
EDIT... the fly pictured is NOT a California Blonde (they use a parachute hackle) . I had an industrial strength brain cramp last night , and got the two patterns confused . Sorry for any confusion . :-[
