Its brand new and has never been used.
From the Simms web site it says:

Besides being super wind and water proof, what I love about this jacket is that it has large pockets for your fly boxes in the front and a large bellowed back pocket for storing your food, spare clothing, fish, etc...
Unfortunately I already have a super waterproof wading jacket and don't really need to keep this one.
