If you are looking for roe, Bruce Market had some when I called them this morning.
When I picked them up, I saw loads of fresh sockeye fillets and whole springs on ice. The commercial fishery must be really good now.
-
I think Bruce's gets fresh fish from the test fisheries.
-
Bruce Market has had the contract for years to buy the Albion test fishery catches.

How much did the roe cost you and was it fresh or cured?

They only sell fresh roe and its usually expensive. Last time I checked it was over $8/lb
-
Fresh roe and they dropped it from $6 to $5 now.
