Title: Creek fishing
Post by: Lyall on July 08, 2014, 11:58:21 PM
I really want to try creek fishing but have no idea where to start. I know this is a sensitive subject and will likely not get much info. All I want to do is go exploring...any tips would be greatly appreciated. Things to look for, searching patterns, general region - anything at all. My email is speytime@gmail.com if you prefer to keep it off the net.

I've got a 3wt set up and various drys and nymphs, a 4x4, and an adventurous spirit...

Thank you in advance!

Exactly what I will be doing this weekend :). Just wondering if anybody has any comments or tips, as I haven't seen or heard much on this topic.

I have found that almost all of the small, clean flows in the lower mainland have fish. Even some muddy ones too. I like using my 2 wt, but 3 works amazing as well.
