Not exactly fish but does anyone have any recipes for Rabbit that is tasty?

yeeah, me too. what do you preferr to get your rabbits with? shotgun? .22LR? .17HMR? and why

Thanks Nuggy.  I'd be more than interested in seeing that stew recipe.  We are having a meat night over the May long w/e while camping and I thought I would try something with rabbit that I found at Superstore.

I find that the parsnip really sets off the flavour of the rabbit, and I wouldn't leave it out.  Store bought rabbits aren't as tasty or as tender as bush rabbits but if you cook it low and slow it should be alright. The little bush rabbits eat lots of buds and rosehips and so the meat has a zestier taste than jacks or the big Belgians often raised for commercial sale.

we used to hunt alot of rabbit back east and the tastiest way I found to cook them is german rabbit stew"hasenpfeffer"

cant remember the exact recipe but this may one sounds good, just be careful to use exact amounts of ingredients because of the marinade time it could easily be over seasoned.
