Title: Tickets handed out at Stave river

Just a heads up for those who fish the Stave river

I was walking along  Wilson rd.  and noticed a few cars had tickets on the windshields where the no parking signs are. What was strange was they seem to be handed out randomly as some cars parked in the exact same locations were not ticketed. Was the first time I've seen tickets  this year.
Not sure how the parking is on Hayward st. as most people respect the no parking signs on that side. I have yet to see anyone park in no parking zones  past Keystone  where keystone meets Hayward st.

Don't park in no parking zones and you're fine. Follow the rules people.
