Dewdney Boat Launch

Can someone please tell me what time the gate opens in the morning for the Dewdney boat launch. Is there different times for different days of the week or is it all the same?

i was thinking of launching at barrowtown and running down to the slew. i got a 12 ft and a 15hp. good idea or not?
