Flashers not flashy enough
« on: April 26, 2010, 06:31:02 PM »

I just came into some older flashers and was wondering if there is a GREEN way to clean these up???

If it'll help in the fish dept that would be a bonus....  ;D

Thanks in advance Jamie

Do you mean a metal dodger or a plastic/mylar flasher?

More green: baking soda and water, or toothpaste

Less green : Brasso

Half a lemon and some salt will work, but I read in a Jack Shaw book that fish were repelled by citrus fruits, so I would just use brass polish myself.  I don't think its that bad for the environment.
