What lakes have good boat launches for medium size boats? I have an 18 footer with a 90. Flat bottom, but still need a decent launch. I don't want to fish Okanagan, or Nicola lake. A smaller lake would be preferred, not planning on blasting around with the motor as I have a bow mounted trolling motor to do most of the work.

You could try Roche Lake. I have launched my 17' flat bottom with no problems at the launch near the resort. I havnt been there this year though, I'm not sure what the water levels are like.

Water levels are higher than I have ever seen - at least 2 feet higher than last year.
The only problem with the resort launch is the sharp turn right at the ramp, plus the resort has their giant catamaran sitting there.
The north forestry campsite ramp should be fine also.

Tunkwa and Leighton both have launches that can accommodate a boat of that size.

Tunkwa and Leighton are 10hp or less. What about Peterhope?

Water levels are good there so far this year. You could also try Stump and Lac le Jeune as they have decent enough launches if I recall. There is also Paul, north of Kamloops.

Just keep your 90 up and use your 12volt. ;D
