Subject:  FN0582-Recreational Salmon: Area 29 - Sockeye Retention

Effective 00:01 hrs Saturday, July 28 until further notice, in Area 29, except
for Subarea 29-8, the daily limit for recreationally caught sockeye is four (4)
per day.  This includes the tidal portion of the Fraser River downstream from
the CPR Bridge at Mission, BC."

Getting closer fishers!!!!!

Well I heard today from a DFO person near my work, and they said they might be opening the Non Tidal fraser this Monday and keeping it open for 2 weeks then after that 2 weeks there gonna keep it closed for 3 life cycles of these sockeye wich means 12 years or so of no sockeye fishing after this 2 week opening, so lets see if this DFO person is Right

'cause the sports guys are definitely the ones interfering with these fish  ::)

Saturday. The error should be changed in the notice anytime now.
