Non-tidal Fraser River, August 25th 2009
« on: August 25, 2009, 01:48:55 PM »

Decided to take my son out fishing for the incoming tide this morning and finally started to see pinks moving in. Not in hugs numbers but this was the first day I have seen that many. Did not land any but one of the boats did manage to get theirs. Should start to see more this week. Plan to get out a couple more times this week.

Got out this afternoon and hooked and lost one about 4 pounds. They are coming. Saw 9 boats infront of us netting fish. Was there an opening or are they just first nations? Some would get right in where we are and felt like saying something but thought better of it.
