Sulphurus Lake

Im taking a trip up to a friends cabin this weekend on Sulphurus lake near 100 mile, he doesn't really fish so has no idea what usually works on the lake. Has anyone ever been up there and have some suggestions? (Fly or Gear) Thanks!
