caught my limit within 45 minutes of fishing. great way to end the sockeye season. dfo was out and about... checked licenses and made there presence known :-\ asked me if i came across any violators.... i said, "ya...during the sockeye opening. where have you guys been?" :P their response...."thin resources" :(

You kept a coho?

Heard from friends that people were fishing all through the night at peg leg. They camped up there on the weekend and said that people were catching springs at 1:00am. Where were the dfo's at that time. So much for no night fishing,. >:(

(http://smilies.sofrayt.com/fsc/crying.gif) well went to peg leg tons of people and not too many fish.(http://smilies.sofrayt.com/fsc/astonished.gif) got there 6pm and fished untill dark.did not see dfo anywhere. hooked into 2 fish and none landed. picked up 2 bags of garbage and about 4 dollars in empties. saw a few springs caught but not alot of sockeye around. people were still fishing as we left in the dark. dfo should have ben therer they could have used up all their tickets for sure.oh well time for the vedder(http://smilies.sofrayt.com/fsc/whistle.gif)
