yep its a lake right now. the dam is undergoing seismic testing so lots of water is leaving the dam into the stave. mix that with plenty of rain and a backed up fraser river and we have river turned into a lake. give it at least till next week before levels drop,

myself and river dragon hit the stave on sunday mornin
wow is that water high, no flow at all
our floats just sat in one spot and would not move at all
so i switched to a small spinner and started to get some hits
but nothing landed  :o
saw lots of white fish swiming close to shore when we first arrived
also lots of action jumping in the shallows on the far side
but a boat or canoe is needed for that venture
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm  ;)
now if this rain would stop  :P

no1important, how do you go about catching these whitefish.  I have caught the occasional one there salmon fishing close to the damn.  Is it better fishing for them further down.  Thanks.
