We deep fried one in Club House Golden Dipt batter and it was good.

anything healthier than frying or deep frying? I have a big slab in the freezer but me and the old lady are trying to watch what we eat and keep things on the lighter side

cook it on the BBQ with lemn juice!....I love it like that
